Doug Scott
Doug Scott joined AeroVironment in 2013 as Senior Vice President and General Council. Doug comes to AeroVironment with nearly 20 years of experience leading the legal department of SAIC, Inc., a diversified Fortune 500 company that provides high-technology services and solutions in the national security, engineering, health, energy and environmental markets. Most recently, he served as SAIC’s corporate secretary, supporting SAIC’s board of directors and the corporation’s governance. Prior to earning his juris doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1984, Doug received a master of business administration degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1981 and is a certified public accountant. He was a Phi Beta Kappa and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 1979.
